I’ve never danced before. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Most of our dancers start with little to no experience. Every class is designed to make you feel comfortable, confident, and celebrated — no judgment, just fun.

What ages are the adult classes for?
Our adult program is for ages 17 and up — and we mean all adults. Whether you’re 20 or 60, you belong here.

Can I get a refund or class credit?
We do not offer refunds, or class credits. Please be conscious before booking a class. Thank you for being understanding of our business policy.

What if I can’t make it / have to cancel?
We totally get it — life happens! You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class to keep your credit.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class: no charge.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class: a $15 fee will apply. No cancel, no show: a $15 will apply and you will lose the class credit.

What if I have two left feet?
Then you’re exactly who we want in class. Safe Haven Dance is all about having fun, moving your body, and letting go of perfection.

Do you offer class packs or memberships?
Yes! We offer single classes, discounted class packs, and unlimited memberships for our regulars. The more you dance, the more you save!

Do you offer private lessons or wedding dance lessons?
Yes! We have both. You can do 1:1 specialized tailored lessons with a private instructor. We offer first dance lessons for your big, special day as well. Please inquire via email or Instagram direct message for a quicker response.

Do you host performances?
We sure do! We have a Winter and Spring Showcase.

Do I need specific dance shoes?
Nope!! You can dance in whatever you’re most comfortable in. Options include, barefoot, sneakers, jazz shoes, socks, foot undies, etc.

Do you host bachelorettes?
Yes! We can customize a class or series of classes for you. Send us an email or direct message to inquire.

Are the packages on auto subscriptions?
The only packages on auto subscribe is the VIP. All other packs will auto expire 30 days from purchase.
